Overview
This 16,000 sq. ft. brewery is crafted in the style of an aircraft hangar with high arching steel joists and exposed dovetail roof deck. The underside of the dovetail deck accommodates a series of hanging solutions for lighting, fans, and MEP. The scope of this project included arched long-span steel joists, bridging, steel roof and dovetail deck, and deck accessories.
