Cirrus Apartments, located near downtown Denver, is an eight-story housing structure that will feature 292 apartments on a 2-acre parking lot west of Mile High Stadium. The nearly 300,000 sq. ft. project will be comprised of 58 studios, 169 one-bedroom, 62 two-bedroom, and 3 three-bedroom apartments. The structure features five stories of RediCor Modular Steel Form stair and elevator cores, selected for their factory-built, ready-to-set modules with optional pre-installed stairs, and for the ability of trades to safely ascend and descend each level while under construction.
