Hub North (Phase II)

Location: Denver, Colorado

The HUB North is the second phase of a two-part Class A office and retail project located in Denver’s flourishing RiNo neighborhood. Driven by its unique location in this arts-centric district, this eight-story structure was designed to be built within inches from an existing building, which would have been nearly impossible for cast-in-place construction. To address these tight restrictions, the structure’s stair towers were constructed with Vulcraft’s RediCor Modular Steel Form System, which helped ensure that this space-limiting, time-sensitive project was delivered safely on time, and on budget.
