11 E Lenox is the first building in Boston to be built from the ground up with Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) and be Passive House Certified (designed to use 40-60% less energy than a conventional building). The 43,000 square foot multifamily housing building has 34 units spread over six floors above a single parking level.
